Choose the finish for your occasion
Clear tops are available for the 20 x 20 size. Top liners and leg liners offer a dressed finish, while separately quoted tables, chairs and LED string lighting help shape the space for your event. Include the finishes you want in your enquiry.
Plan beyond the tent footprint
Think through dining, seating, serving and circulation together. Furniture and aisles affect the usable layout, and the site needs room for access around the tent. Share a venue plan or photos, your date and your intended use so the configuration and installation can be discussed.
Options for a larger gathering area
BC Event Makers has two separate 20 x 20 tents and one 20 x 40 tent. Ask about a combined arrangement when planning a larger covered area; the configuration depends on the site and availability.

Does 400 sq ft tell me how many guests will fit?
The footprint alone does not determine guest capacity. Your furniture, aisles, exits and activities need to be considered in the layout.
Are clear tops and liners included?
