    We’re always hiring. Most of our work is seasonal event work, helping bring rides, inflatables, games and casino events to life.

    Event work can mean time on your feet, working outdoors, setting up and packing down equipment, helping guests and working closely with a crew. If that sounds like your kind of day, start here.

    What kind of work interests you?

    Event crew

    Work around rides, inflatables and games, help guests and keep in touch with the team as an event unfolds. A good fit if you’re reliable, friendly with guests and comfortable following equipment and safety instructions.

    Setup & pack-down

    Help bring event equipment into place and pack it away afterwards. A good fit if you enjoy practical work, paying attention to details and seeing a shared job through.

    Casino events

    Help bring the casino event experience together. A good fit if you’re comfortable around guests and interested in table games. Tell us about any relevant experience or what you’d like to learn.

    Seasonal work, real event days.

    Our event calendar shapes the work available, so tell us which days, times and dates you can work. Think about evenings and weekends as well as weekdays, and whether you’re available for the setup and pack-down around an event.

    BC Event Makers provides rides, inflatables, carnival games, casino tables and event supplies for school, community, company and private events. Our primary service area is the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

    Browse the rentals, then send your date, venue, guest count and preferred items with a quote request. We will confirm availability, delivery, staffing and any location-specific arrangements before your booking.
