How do I get a quote?
Choose Get a quote to open our booking form. Select the equipment you’re considering and share your event details. The team will review the request with you; submitting it does not confirm a booking.
What if I’m not sure what will fit?
Start with the usable space, ceiling height if indoors, entrance width, surface and available power. Share these details with the team so the requirements of the specific equipment can be checked.
Where do you work?
We work with events in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Tell us your event location so we can confirm service, logistics and delivery costs for your venue.
Can you help with setup and staffing?
Ask us about delivery, setup and staffing when planning your event. The arrangements depend on the equipment, venue, schedule and services in your quote.

This is our fourth year hiring BC Event Makers for our annual Friends & Family Day, and year after year they continue to make the entire process exceptionally easy from start to finish. Lisa, our representative who we have had the pleasure of working with for the past few years, is simply the best. She seems to know what we need before we even ask and consistently goes out of her way to make things happen. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to help take so much of the stress out of planning an event of this size. The staff on the day of the event are equally impressive. From setup through to looking after our employees and their families, they are hardworking, friendly, professional, and attentive. They make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone is taken care of, which allows us to simply enjoy the day with our team. It is also always great to see Rick personally attend our event. I look forward to seeing him every year, and I think his presence says a lot about the type of company he has built and the importance he places on his customers and their events.
