Fun casino events in Burnaby, BC

Introduce your Burnaby guests to a recreational casino evening with BC Event Makers and our casino event brand, Fun Times Casinos. Guests play with chips that have no cash value, and trained dealers can help beginners learn at the tables. Start with the people attending and the kind of relaxed or structured evening you want.

Make the first game approachable

Guests do not need a history of casino play to enjoy the event. Our trained dealers explain the games while people take part, giving newcomers a way into the action. When planning the table selection, tell us which games your group recognises and which they would like to try. Blackjack, roulette, poker and craps offer different experiences to explore.

Explain the play-money format to guests

Our casino events have no real-money wagering. Play chips have no cash value, so the focus is on enjoying the games together. The casino planning page describes a casual format with an initial allocation of play chips and resets when guests run out. If you prefer a tournament, discuss the rules and timetable in advance. Your organisation supplies any prizes.

Build a comfortable evening around the tables

Allow time for arrivals, introductions, food and conversation when choosing the playing hours. Send your venue, date, guest count and rough schedule to the team. Full casino packages include tables, play chips, trained dealers, setup and takedown. We will confirm equipment, staffing, access arrangements, availability and the exact package in your quote, with the venue layout considered alongside the games.

Planning your Burnaby venue

A Burnaby event plan works best when the activity space and the delivery entrance are considered together. For a community hall or workplace event, check the route from the loading area to the room, including doorway widths, elevators and any restrictions on carts. For an outdoor gathering, photograph the proposed surface and nearby paths. Share these details with BC Event Makers along with your guest count and event schedule, so the equipment discussion starts with the space you actually have.

Burnaby’s event information explains that approvals depend on the activities and location involved. Describe temporary equipment, entertainment, food service and sound to the venue or City contact when checking your plans. A room rental or park booking should not be treated as confirmation that every activity is permitted. Build delivery and collection into your venue access window, and keep guest routes clear of the setup area. Ask for current availability and a delivery quote using the complete Burnaby address and preferred date.
