Bring another game format to the room

Craps changes the focus from cards to dice and gives players and onlookers an activity to follow together. Consider it when you want variety across a casino programme. You can use the craps table as part of a wider selection rather than asking every guest to spend the evening playing the same game. Browse the other casino equipment to decide what you want alongside it.

Plan for people around the table

The table is only part of the space to consider. Include the guests watching as well as those taking part when sketching the room. Show entrances, food areas and nearby games on your plan so circulation can be discussed. Send usable dimensions and access information; ask the team to confirm the selected equipment's space needs before setting the final layout.

Give beginners a place in the evening

Our full-service casino packages include trained dealers who explain games as guests play, together with tables, play chips, setup and takedown. The evening is recreational, using chips with no cash value and no real-money wagering. Tell us if you are planning a casual event or a tournament. We confirm the exact table mix, staffing and schedule in your quote; your organisation supplies any prizes.

Planning your Surrey venue

For a Surrey event, use the full address and specific setup location in your enquiry. A school field, workplace site, hall or backyard can require very different delivery arrangements, even for the same equipment. Check where a vehicle can unload and whether the route includes gates, steps or long carrying distances. Share photographs and measurements with BC Event Makers, along with your date and guest count, so the proposed activities can be assessed for the space and delivery can be quoted accurately.

Surrey’s park event guidance explains that public amenities are generally shared and that an event notification is not a reservation. Review the current guidance with the City before planning rental equipment in a public park. Check which activities and locations are suitable, and confirm the available access arrangements rather than assuming special vehicle access will be provided. For a booked indoor or private venue, ask the manager about power, floor protection and setup hours. Include equipment collection in the schedule and request availability for your chosen date.
